Visited this outlet last week and concluded that the food was tasty and consistent, with a wide variety of Indian snacks and meals to choose from. Although, the service was decent but could be quicker and more attentive, especially during peak hours. The atmosphere was clean, spacious, and family-friendly, making it a comfortable place to dine. Overall, a reliable spot for good food and a pleasant ambience, with some scope for improvement in service.
No doubt, quality of food was good. In the store, food are being supplied on table of the customers.It is a good practice which I have not noticed in Gurgaon store. One more suggestion, which I would like to bring in knowledge of Management that at least water in one jug should be provided on table.
