We recently tried the Rajma Rice, Paneer Rice Bowl, and Dahi Bhalla, and each dish exceeded expectations. The Rajma Rice had a comforting, homestyle flavour — the rajma was perfectly cooked, the gravy was rich, and the rice was fragrant and fluffy. The Paneer Rice Bowl was equally impressive, with soft, fresh paneer pieces and well-balanced spices that made every bite enjoyable. The highlight, however, was the Dahi Bhalla. The bhallas were soft and airy, the curd was thick and chilled, and the chutneys added just the right blend of sweetness and tanginess. Everything tasted extremely fresh, and the hygiene maintained throughout the service added a lot of confidence to the experience. Overall, the meal was wholesome, delicious, and truly satisfying.
