Recently, I visited the Haldiram’s outlet at New Delhi Railway Station, and my experience was really great. First of all, the staff here is absolutely amazing — very energetic, polite, and hardworking. I had placed a slightly large order during a busy time, so the initial waiting time was around 25–30 minutes. The interesting part is that my train was scheduled at 8:50 PM, and I only had about 30 minutes left. I was honestly worried that I might have to leave my food and rush for the train. But then I requested one of the staff members (who was managing the packing section), and he was incredibly helpful. Even though I don’t remember his name, he made sure my order was prepared quickly — I received it in just around 15 minutes. That was really impressive and helpful. The food quality was amazing, as expected from Haldiram’s. There were a couple of small issues — the AC was not cooling properly, and the place was quite crowded. But considering the location (railway station), it’s understandable. Overall, I had a very good experience. A big thank you to the staff for helping me during a time crunch! Funny part — when I reached the platform, I found out that my train was delayed by 1 hour 😅
