Very disappointing experience at Haldiram’s yesterday. We went for dinner with family and were surprised to see that there was no menu available. Staff said the company has stopped sending menus and asked us to choose from the display screens. Somehow we managed to finalize the order, but the real shock came with the food: • Matar Kulche – the kulcha size has been reduced noticeably, almost 30% smaller, but the price is the same. • Veg Uttapam – again, the portion size has been cut down, clearly smaller than before, yet the cost remains unchanged. If you keep reducing quantity like this while charging the same rates, how long do you expect customers to stay loyal? Quality cut + no menu = a bad combination. Extremely dissatisfied with this visit.
